It has lovely earthy aromas, tobacco smoke and liquorice wrapped round a beautiful structure, brimming with ripe dark cherry and plum fruit. There is great concentration on the palate with minty notes coming through. It is a delightful wine and one that can be enjoyed now. Chateau La Rose Figeac is owned by Nathalie Despagne, who inherited it in 2013.
