The vineyard was planted in the 1930s on steep slopes at altitudes between 490 to 560m. It was fermented on skins for 4 months in concrete and stainless steel, then put to rest in large format oak for a year, followed by another 9 months in concrete to bring it all together. A lovely aromatic and structured expression of the variety and the region.
