Manic Pixie Dream Chardonnay 2021 Magnum 1.5L XX nine vintage blend ofPiccadilly Chardonnay barrel fermented in 50% new French Jura 500 liter oak barrels, left on full lees for 12 months, battonaged stirred every months and topped up every 3 months. Racked after 12 months and aged another 12 month in 5 year old French 500 liter barrels. Bottled and kept in bottle for 12 months before release.
