原產地福建安溪南巖是福茗堂茶莊採用自家茶園基地鮮葉原料，堅持傳統工藝理念，聘請經驗豐富的師傅運用鐵觀音傳統製作工藝精製而成。

鳳凰單欉產於廣東省鳳凰山，這處的茶農多栽種鳳凰水仙茶樹，其葉條索肥壯，勻整緊直，色淺金褐色，葉底邊緣朱紅，湯色橙黃，花蜜香，味濃醇。

所選原料產自福建福鼎，由福茗堂茶師團隊精心挑選，原料條形緊結，陳香顯露，滋味醇和；選用新型的三角過濾茶包精製而成；獨立包裝，外觀十分精美。
