Most of them have pinbacks attached. They include designs like hot air balloons, art deco lady, all kinds of bows, deer, star, Comedy and Tragedy, sail boat, fish, cat, butterfly and many others as seen in photos. Some measurements for reference: Largest one is the silver bow which measures 6 x 7. The frog 3x 3, turtle 3 1 2 x 2 , art deco lady 4 x 4.
