If you take part in this project, please PRIVATE RESERVE A 90% bar made from super chocolatey Esmeraldas, and Nicalizo Nicaragua cacao beans and vanilla bean! Earthy, chocolate, nutty, very smooth, and heavily conched. Not much bitterness left at all, very yummy indeed with a wonderful vanilla tone :) Ingredients
