It includes a central brew column, which allows for a deeper coffee bed than most other zero bypass brewers (the likes of the Pulsar, Tricolate). Hoop gives the brewer, or barista, a hands off approach to brewing with little that can go wrong. All of the brew water can be poured into the Hoop, and all you have to do is wait.
