Waist: 30" but this sits just below natural waist so would best suit slightly smaller - I would estimate comfortably on a 28" waist

Fitted bodice with a deep v neck and shoulder straps sitting low on the shoulder. Waist cinches the waist in and the skirt is full, sewn in narrow gathers. Side metal zipper to fasten.
