Almost certainly made by the Moser factory, Bohemia, circa 1880 30. Tray measures 10 inches in diameter and is slightly less than 1 1 2 inches deep. Liquor bottle decanter is approximately 9 3 4 inches tall. Cordial glasses are 4 1 2 inches tall.
