Its very important to recognize that it doesnt just say destroy target creature like the other twowhile most of the time, itll take out your opponents best threat, there are many situations in which they can sacrifice a worse creature with the same power, or their biggest creature is simply not the one you need to remove

If Faithless Looting is your only red card in hand, it is often correct to hold it to cast on turn 3 after a Collective Brutality or hard-cast Life from the Loam rather than just casting it on turn 1

That said, I do also think it has a shot in Standard
