I think the main thing this otter commanders missing is haste, but as a 4-drop its not exactly designed to slot into any prowess deck, but for some reason is currently the top of EDHRECs top commanders for Bloomburrow

Standard gained notable staples: No More Lies for Azorius control, Novice Inspector fueling Boros Convoke, and Case of the Gateway Express upgrading go-wide strategies

Overlord of the Mistmoors I thought about including all the Duskmourn Overlords like I did with the Dominus creatures from All Will Be One , but honestly, I dont find many of them all that compelling in Commander
