What are the weaknesses and retreat cost of this Raboot card

I've heard some people say that Cloudpost isn't really that good or even that Tron is better, but after absolutely crushing Eldrazi Winter Eldrazi with 12 Post, it's hard for me to believe that we want lands that commonly tap for three or four mana running around in the Modern format
