YB Witbier with Yuzu and Bay Leaves Experimental A lightly sour kettle beerEXPERIMENTAL BREW ABV: 6. 5% Batch No: 15 16 oz. can x 4 Pouring a rich golden amber, the rocky white head is redolent of orange peel, lemon balm, and a hint of alpine spruce. The front palate greets the drinker with orange, peach, and bergamot before yielding to lingering mellow citrus spearmint. A subtle bitter and pine resin note pervades but does not overcome. This beer pairs well with a lighter curries, poke bowls, and fish tacos.
