The short neck bends downwards and also has bands of decoration, it ends in an eight pointed star shaped rowel. Each arm ends in a decorated circular loop. There is a little rust on the lower part of one of these loopsThere are similar spurs in the Muse du Cheval in Saumur and the Civil Museum of Modena, Internal width 9cm (approx 3"), neck 5cm (2"), rowel 4cm
