This deck was conceived because of good things people were saying about Spined Sliver in Zoo decks and because I wanted a Survival deck that could play fine without Survival

Outside of that, Louisoixs Sacrifice could see some experimentation alongside cards like Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student in Commander, but theres very little reason to play this card in constructed since Flare of Denial almost always exists as a superior alternative

If you're in a removal-heavy meta and you know this weird card will get blown up before you get to put that third study counter on it, you might want to pass on Pursuit of Knowledge, but I like it enough to be willing to give it a try

Once its out, cards like Last March of the Ents and Rishkar's Expertise bury your opponents in card advantage
