The design is cut from chunky 3mm sheet steel using a nitrogen shrouded laser - this keeps the metal cool and allows us to achieve the fine detailing that is so distinctive of our style

The finish consists of a layer of zinc electroplate to protect against rust, and a traditional looking but very tough matt black powder coat.
