The grapes are pressed and the wine ferments and ages in used barriques. The soil of the vineyards is very rich in Quartz, hence the name of the wine. It's a super fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with notes of yellow fruits and flavours of fermented apples and pears, with spicy notes of smoked herbs, still with great tension.
