It promotes excellent adhesion for all types of ibd LED UV Gel applications. As ibd Bonder is non etching it is gentler on nails than traditional acrylic primers. Apply sparingly and cure under a UV or LED light for one minute then apply your ibd gel product directly on top. Cure time: 1 minute. in UV and 30 sec in LED lamp.
