Sour and sweet cherry aromas, green herb, whiffs of smoky jalapeno, white pepper. Fragrant thing. Crisp, crunchy texture, light on in weight in a way but packs in heaps of detail and flavour with fine webs of tannin, exceptional length. Tannins are pretty darn amazing, actually. I keep pausing on that thought. I love this wine.
