Dewazakura - Dewasansan - Green Ridge Koshihikari This sake set includes “Nousaku”This brew first made its debut in 1996, made from the then new, Yamagata local rice called Dewasansan. Today it has a Yamagata only appellation of control Dewa33. On the nose, it carries notes of apple and calming lavender. On the tongue, prepare for a rich, velvety texture and a burst of green apple sweetness and tartness. Try with sashimi, oysters, grilled fish and even cheddar cheese.
