The length to the finish is long and balanced with great acidity and richness. Hand harvested. Grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the village of Solutr. 10% of the wine was aged in French Oak barrels. Excellent with poultry and fresh water fish. Delicious also with goat cheeses.
