Ronnie Cutrone: Andy Warhol Painting “Fashion” I Palazzo Reale So what I want isThis 1981 photograph of Andy Warhol painting the word fashion onto a mirror in red paint was taken by Ronnie Cutrone, a Pop painter, nightclub impresario, and longtime assistant to the artist (among his many unusual contributions to Warhols work was the urine used in the making of the notorious Oxidation paintings). Cutrone was a fixture at the Factory and took a series of evocative color photographs at the famous studio, including this playful shot.
