The motor comes without the pins connected to the plastic connector because the opening to the Vsett battery deck area is very small. Making the hole larger would allow water to get in, requiring a complicated gasket. You will need to re use the plastic connector. The tool for removing the pins can be purchased online, or you can grind down a
